DC goes all out for cherry blossom season. Dozens of hotels, restaurants, bars, and cafes offer cherry blossom themed specials. This year the cherry blossoms at the Tidal Basin in DC are predicted to reach peak bloom from March 28 to 31, 2025. Here are some activities you can enjoy this year:

Located just a stone's throw away this outing would combine nicely with a visit to the Salamander hotel after for afternoon tea.
When it comes to enjoying the cherry blossoms with an afternoon tea, there is no other place you should consider before the Salamander Hotel. Why? This property has a private cherry blossom garden and an exit footpath directly to the tidal basin area.
The tea will be offered March 14 - April 13 | 1:00 PM - 3:30PM and is $115 a person. Reservations are required.

Snap a picture under the pink lanterns at Pearl Street. Look up Union Stage at the Wharf to find this spot right around the corner from Kirwan's.

Grab a glass of rosé at Moonraker, The Pendry hotel's rooftop for a spectacular view overlooking the Potomac and the cherry blossoms in Hains Point.
